If you are currently using AT&T voicemail on your business landline, please be aware that you will lose all saved messages and greetings on April 27. AT&T is upgrading their landline voicemail system and will purge all save or archived messages on their platform.
This only affects AT&T landline voicemail users NOT AT&T mobile wireless customers

Steps you need to take NOW
SAVE YOUR VOICEMAIL MESSAGES
Log into your AT&T voicemail and save any important message recordings from your customers.
You can capture these important messages directly to your smartphone. Simply log into your voicemail from your landline office telephone using speakerphone mode, select replay saved messages, open your smartphone’s “Voice Memos” or “Voice Recorder” app, and press the red record button while placing your smart phone next to or near your office phone while you playback the messages you want to save.
SAVE YOUR VOICEMAIL GREETING
While logged into your AT&T voicemail, access your saved greeting.You can use the same method employed to save your voicemail recordings, and save the greeting directly to your smartphone.
SET UP YOUR NEW AT&T MAILBOX
You must set-up your new mailbox in order to continue using voicemail services. See attached instructions from the letter mailed out by AT&T.
